Does the year's most romantic holiday have you craving some chocolate? This vegan chocolate mousse is an easy (and eco-friendly) addition to your Valentine's Day menu.

Valentine's Day is more than a celebration of love for one's romantic partner. The heart-filled holiday serves as an excuse to honor everything we adore, from friends to family to nature to ourselves. Unfortunately, the traditional take on V-Day comes with a fair amount of less-than-eco accompaniments, which is why we'll be ending our evening with this low-impact (and delicious) vegan chocolate mousse.
Selma, the recipe developer behind Fit Foodie Selma, shared a four-ingredient recipe on TikTok that's catching people's attention. Silken tofu serves as the texture hero, the plant-based product rendering eggs and cream unnecessary. "It gives the super-easy mousse its silky-smooth texture and you can't taste the tofu at all," she says in the video.
This vegan dessert is just as sumptuous as the dairy-packed stuff, but better for your body and the planet (both of which you should be loving on every single day). Because of that, there's a solid chance you'll be enjoying it long after the holiday is over.
Here, the easiest recipe for vegan chocolate mousse recipe for a last-minute bit of romance.
