If you've been looking for more plant-based foods to feast on in the New Year, Target is officially the go-to place for everything your heart desires.
The chain store announced it's partnering with beloved vegan chef Tabitha Brown on a new limited-time "Tabitha Brown for Target" collection that features cookware, tableware, food storage, and vegan grocery items. The food line in particular is made up of 40 products. You'll find alt-meats, snacks, drool-worthy pastas, dips, and more—all of which contain zero animal products.
"Whether you're trying to go vegan for the month of January, or you want to do Meatless Mondays, or you're just trying to add more plants to your diet, my new limited-time vegan food and kitchen collection is perfect to make life easy for you," she said on Instagram.
Brown's line officially drops in stores across the United States on January 8. It's also affordable, with every food product costing under $8. While many of these products come packaged in plastic, this line is a major step in the right direction for the retailer—it's making eco-friendly, plant-based foods more accessible, and that's nothing short of a planet win.
So, what can you expect to see as you're perusing your favorite aisles? Here's your look at what's to come.
