With over 100,000 views, Bodrug's surprisingly simple process of making a completely vegan pumpkin spice latte doesn't require any fancy appliances or ingredients. Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe


1 cup cashew milk
2/3 cup coffee
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp pumpkin puree


1. First thing's first: Brew your favorite hot coffee. Reserve 2/3 cup of coffee for your PSL and enjoy the rest!
2. Whisk all of the ingredients together until everything is well blended.
3. Pour your latte into your favorite mug.
