Ovenware Set.

Instead of bragging about being an OG fan of a band "before anyone knew them," I can confidently say I hopped on the Our Place bandwagon before the brand was internet-famous. What started out as a love of the Always Pan has turned into a love of all its products. One that's not only made my kitchen beautiful, but also more sustainable.

While I don't own every piece (a girl can dream!), the cookware I do have has allowed me to cut down on waste. Instead of regularly needing to replace pots and pans, Our Place's sturdy, high-quality products feel like they could last a lifetime. It's also been great for reducing the amount of plastic in my space: Instead of using worn-down plastic cooking utensils, I use the brand's beechwood spatula and spoons.

I also love that Our Place's products keep your cookware to a minimum. There's no need to buy multiple products elsewhere when each of their items replaces numerous pieces of cookware. And the new Ovenware Set is no exception—it was the missing piece to my cooking routine.

Ovenware Set comes with five pieces: an oven pan for baking and roasting (which doubles as a stovetop griddle—hello epic quesadillas!), a trio of stoneware baking dishes in every size you could ever need, and a (very cute) checkered reusable oven mat.

The best part about this five-piece set is that, in true Our Place fashion, it replaces so many odds and ends—including a sheet pan, cookie sheet, griddle, roasting pan, loaf pan, lasagna pan, baking dish, and casserole dish. There's also no need for single-use

parchment paper, cutting down on waste even further.

Plus, it all fits together, making storage a breeze no matter how small your kitchen is. Simply stack everything and put it in your kitchen cabinet between uses.

It only takes using this set once to become a fan. So far, it's my go-to for making vegan lasagna in the baking dish (no noodles stuck to the bottom, as promised!), crispy roasted veggies on the oven pan and reusable oven mat, and a

tofu scramble and pancakeson the griddle (aka oven pan).

Not only does your food cook flawlessly, but the cleanup is easy, too. Because each piece is non-stick, everything slides right off as you're doing the dishes.

The large oven pan at the bottom of the stack feaures a non-toxic, non-stick ceramic coating that's free from PFOAs, PTFEs, other PFAS, lead, cadmium, toxic metals, and nanoparticles.

The bakers come in three options: 3.5 qt., 2 qt., and 1.5 qt. The stoneware is super sturdy—it's chip-resistance and has a glossy exterior glaze and shiny ceramic interior glaze. It's also naturally non-stick!

The matte silicone oven mat has a cute checkered pattern, is easy to clean, and works great as a non-stick parchment paper alternative.

The oven pan can be used as a griddle on both electric and gas stovetops. All you need to do is place it over the burners, turn up the heat, and cook everything from pancakes to quesadillas.
