Super Bowl
Sunday means two things: football and snacks. For the
plant-based
or vegan among us, though, the unofficial national holiday's edible offerings can veer quickly into inedible territory, with chicken wings, loaded nachos, and sliders featuring heavily in a typical rotation. For this reason and more, we're preaching the gospel of cauliflower wings this week (and forevermore).
When cooked up just right (in this case, that means
air-fried
) and coated in an appropriate sauce, cauliflower florets provide a delicious chicken alternative that everyone can enjoy, which is a refreshing concept.
